The Exmission / Kindergarten Placement

The transition from Rella’s Spielhaus to kindergarten is a significant step for both children and their families. We see this moment as part of the same journey of curiosity, creativity, and respect that begins in our classrooms. By the time children leave us, they are confident, joyful learners, ready to thrive in new environments.

With the foundation they’ve built at Rella’s—encompassing language, creativity, and social-emotional skills—our students are well-prepared for a wide range of schools across New York City, including public, dual-language, independent, and international schools.

Together with our founder, Barbara Rellstab, and our dedicated teachers, families receive personal guidance to find the kindergarten where their child will feel at home and continue to flourish. And even as our children move on, they remain part of the Rella’s Spielhaus family.
